The Black Economic Council (BEC) is a community advocacy organization based in Oakland, CA with the purpose of increasing financial literacy and procurement opportunities for Black owned and Minority businesses in corporate and public sector contracts.

This event brings together the largest financial institutions with a vested interest in the development of diverse businesses like yours.
