The Black Economic Council (BEC) is a community advocacy organization based in Oakland, CA with the purpose of increasing financial literacy and procurement opportunities for Black owned and Minority businesses in corporate and public sector contracts.

Along with the financial institutions they will bring their first tier suppliers for matchmaking and networking opportunities.
