The Financial Services Consortium with their “prime” financial service suppliers, in partnership with a coalition of community-based organizations will host a one day business development forum to review contract opportunities for qualified diverse suppliers. This event brings together the largest financial institutions with a vested interest in the development of diverse businesses like yours. Participating banks include; Bank of America, Bank of the West, Citi, City National Bank, Comerica, JP Morgan Chase, HSBC, Promerica, Torrey Pines Bank, US Bank, Union Bank of California and Wells Fargo. Along with the financial institutions they will bring their first tier suppliers for matchmaking and networking opportunities.

Deadline today July 15th for great scholarships and consulting grants. Scholarships are available for qualified registrants to receive educational management scholarships covering all training costs (except for travel) at the university program of your choice. Technical Assistance scholarships are also available providing consulting grants valued at 40 hours of training in the areas of accounting, business strategy, finance, marketing, human resources or technology.
