I came across an excellent video that portrays the challenges in business pursuing purchasing and procurement opportunities with clients. In simple terms the negotiation, trial, error and plain double talk that can occur in building a business relationship.
The video is entitled The Vendor Client Relationship – In Real World Situations and was produced by the team at Scofield Editorial a video editing company (based in Indianapolis, IN). The YouTube video posted in May has over 800,000 views as of this post. This is a powerful example of how video can be used to communicate a complex process in a meaningful way.
